Product details are provided by the manufacturer. Refer to the pack for complete information.
Symptomatic relief of dry cough associated with common cold/upper respiratory tract irritation.
Antitussive components act on the cough center to reduce the urge to cough, while decongestant components shrink swollen nasal mucosa to relieve nasal blockage. Antihistamine components (if present) reduce allergy-related sneezing and runny nose.
Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a measuring cup/spoon and take as prescribed by the doctor. Can be taken with or without food; if stomach upset occurs, take after food. Do not exceed the recommended dose; avoid self-use in children without medical advice.
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, constipation, stomach upset, headache, blurred vision, palpitations, restlessness
May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery. Use with caution in patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorder, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, liver disease, or asthma/COPD. Do not use with other cough/cold products containing similar ingredients to avoid overdose. Seek medical advice if cough persists >7 days, is recurrent, or is accompanied by high fever, rash, or persistent headache.
Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased drowsiness), MAO inhibitors/linezolid (risk of severe interaction with decongestants), antihypertensives (may reduce effect), tricyclic antidepressants (increased side effects), other anticholinergics/antihistamines (additive dry mouth/urinary retention), sedatives/sleeping pills (additive sedation)
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
