Questions

Who is the patient?
The person in India. Every service here is given in India by doctors and pharmacists registered in India. You arrange and pay for it from abroad, and can join the calls, but we do not give medical advice to anyone living outside India.
How do I pay from abroad?
Checkups, video calls and the annual plans are priced in US dollars and paid with PayPal. Monthly medicines are priced per prescription and paid by a link we send you.
Will I see my parent's reports?
Only once your parent approves it from their own phone. Paying does not share anything, and they can stop sharing at any time.
Which cities do you cover?
Video calls work anywhere in India. Home collection and medicine delivery reach most cities and towns; we confirm your parent's pincode before anything is booked.
