Relief of wet/productive cough with thick mucus, chest congestion, acute bronchitis, bronchospasm with mucus in conditions like asthma/COPD (as prescribed)

Ambroxol thins and loosens mucus (mucolytic) and improves its clearance. Guaiphenesin helps expel mucus by increasing respiratory tract fluid (expectorant). Levosalbutamol relaxes airway smooth muscles to open the airways and reduce wheeze (bronchodilator).

Oral drops. Shake well before use and measure with the provided dropper. Give the dose exactly as prescribed by the doctor; can be taken with or without food (preferably after food if stomach upset). Ensure adequate fluids to help loosen mucus.

Use only on medical advice in infants/young children. Use with caution in heart disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizures, and in patients with severe liver/kidney disease. Do not exceed prescribed dose; seek care for breathing difficulty, worsening wheeze, chest pain, severe palpitations, or allergic reactions. Not for dry cough unless prescribed.

Beta-blockers (may reduce bronchodilator effect), other bronchodilators/sympathomimetics (increased side effects), MAO inhibitors/TCAs (may increase cardiovascular effects), diuretics/corticosteroids (risk of low potassium), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with hypokalaemia)

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
