This is a reusable injection pen device designed to accurately measure and deliver a preset dose from a compatible Zotide/somatropin cartridge. It enables subcutaneous administration with improved dosing convenience compared with vial-and-syringe.
Use only with compatible Zotide/somatropin cartridges and pen needles as instructed by your doctor. Attach a new needle, prime if required, dial the prescribed dose, inject subcutaneously (e.g., thigh/abdomen/upper arm), and rotate injection sites. Do not share the pen; use a new needle for each injection.

For use only by the patient prescribed; do not share to avoid infection transmission. Ensure correct cartridge compatibility and dose dialing; improper use may cause under/over-dosing.
