Paediatric paracetamol is dosed at about 10–15 mg per kg of body weight per dose, every 4–6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 4 doses (and ≤ 60 mg/kg) in 24 hours. The calculator converts that mg dose into millilitres for the syrup strength you select.
Weight gives a far more accurate paediatric dose than age. Always dose by the child's current weight where possible; age is only a rough fallback.
No more often than every 4 hours, and no more than 4 doses in 24 hours. The calculator shows an hour-by-hour timeline and enforces the 24-hour cap.

In India, Calpol suspension is commonly 250 mg/5 ml. Calpol is also sold as a 120 mg/5 ml syrup and as more concentrated paediatric drops in some markets. Always read the strength printed on your specific bottle and select it in the calculator.
At 15 mg/kg a 15 kg child needs about 225 mg per dose. With Calpol 250 mg/5 ml (50 mg/ml) that is roughly 4.5 ml. Confirm against your bottle and your paediatrician's advice.
