• Upper respiratory tract infection
• nasopharyngitis
• nausea
• abdominal pain
• headache
• acne
• cough
• fever
• increased liver enzymes
• increased cholesterol
• herpes zoster

Upadoz 30MG Tab may interact with the following:

• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g.
• ketoconazole
• itraconazole
• clarithromycin) may increase levels; strong CYP3A4 inducers (e.g.
• rifampicin
• carbamazepine
• phenytoin
• St John’s wort) may reduce effect. Avoid combining with other potent immunosuppressants/biologics (e.g.
• other JAK inhibitors
• TNF inhibitors
• cyclosporine
• azathioprine) unless directed by specialist. Live vaccines should be avoided.

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
