Important Warnings

Do not use if allergic to latanoprost. May cause permanent darkening of iris color and eyelid skin, and increased eyelash growth; effects may be more noticeable with long-term use. Use with caution in patients with history of uveitis/iritis, macular edema (especially aphakia/pseudophakia with torn posterior lens capsule), or herpetic keratitis. Avoid contaminating dropper tip; do not touch eye or surfaces. Discard bottle as per label after opening (commonly within 4 weeks).

Other prostaglandin analogues (may reduce efficacy or cause paradoxical IOP increase)
thimerosal-containing eye drops (may precipitate—separate dosing)
other topical ophthalmic drugs (space by 5 minutes)
