Relief of cough and associated cold symptoms such as throat irritation and chest congestion (exact formulation-dependent).

Tuspel Plus is a cough/cold preparation. Depending on the ingredients, it may reduce cough reflex (antitussive), loosen and thin mucus (expectorant/mucolytic), and relieve nasal/throat congestion (decongestant/antihistamine).

Oral syrup. Shake well before use and measure with a cup/spoon. Take as directed by a doctor/label; may be taken with or without food. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Exact safety precautions depend on the ingredients. Many cough/cold syrups can cause drowsiness—avoid driving/operating machinery if affected. Use with caution in children, elderly, pregnancy/breastfeeding, asthma/COPD, liver disease, glaucoma, prostate enlargement/urinary retention, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease. Do not combine with other cough/cold products containing similar ingredients. Seek medical advice if cough persists >7 days, is recurrent, or is associated with fever, rash, breathing difficulty, or blood in sputum.

May interact with alcohol and other CNS depressants (sedatives, opioids, benzodiazepines), MAO inhibitors/other antidepressants (for some antitussives/decongestants), antihypertensives, other antihistamines, anticholinergics. Exact interactions depend on the formulation.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
