Diclofenac (50mg) + Paracetamol (325mg)

Relief of acute pain and inflammation such as dental pain, muscle and joint pain, backache, sprain/strain, post-operative pain, and painful conditions in arthritis.

Diclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting COX enzymes and lowering prostaglandin production. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic action mainly through central inhibition of pain pathways, enhancing overall pain relief.

Take by mouth as advised by doctor. Usually taken after food with water to reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed the prescribed dose or duration; avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products concurrently.

May cause stomach ulcer/bleeding and kidney injury, especially with prolonged use, high doses, elderly, or with alcohol. Use with caution in liver disease (due to paracetamol), kidney disease, asthma, hypertension, heart disease, and history of GI ulcer/bleed. Stop and seek medical help if you develop black stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, breathing difficulty, swelling, or rash. Not recommended for self-medication for long periods; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), other NSAIDs, corticosteroids, SSRIs/SNRIs, antihypertensives (ACE inhibitors/ARBs, diuretics), lithium, methotrexate, cyclosporine/tacrolimus, alcohol, other paracetamol-containing medicines
