How often should I check my blood sugar?

Type 2 on oral meds: fasting and post-meal once a week. Type 1 or insulin users: 3-4 times daily. Your doctor will tailor this to your control and HbA1c.

Do I need a prescription for insulin?

Yes, insulin is prescription-only in India. We verify the prescription before shipping. Glucometers, strips and lancets are OTC.

How should insulin be stored during shipping?

Unopened insulin needs refrigeration (2-8°C). We ship insulin with ice packs in insulated boxes and recommend you accept delivery in person.
