Relief of symptoms of common cold/flu in infants and children such as fever, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion and associated body ache.

Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nasal mucosa to reduce blockage. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces sneezing and runny nose, while sodium citrate acts as an expectorant/alkaliniser to help relieve throat irritation and cough associated with colds.

Oral drops: use only as prescribed by a doctor/paediatrician. Measure the dose with the provided dropper; may be given with or without food (giving after food can reduce stomach upset). Do not exceed the recommended dose or combine with other paracetamol-containing products.

Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, constipation, irritability, headache

Use with caution in children with liver disease, kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, heart disease or high blood pressure. May cause drowsiness—avoid activities requiring alertness. Do not use with other cold/cough medicines containing antihistamines/decongestants or with additional paracetamol to prevent overdose and liver injury. Seek medical advice if fever persists >3 days, symptoms worsen, or if breathing difficulty/rash occurs.

Other paracetamol-containing products, sedatives/CNS depressants (increased drowsiness), MAO inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants (may increase decongestant effects), antihypertensives (reduced effect), alcohol (increased liver risk)

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
