Is there a charge for home collection?
The home visit by Thyrocare's phlebotomist is included. Any collection charge for your address is shown at checkout before payment, never after. You choose the date and slot before you pay.
When will I get my report?
Reports for this test are usually ready in 2–3 days after collection, from the laboratory's published turnaround. We message you the moment it is in your dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my collection slot?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call the number on this page, ideally the day before, and we move the visit to a slot that suits you. A fasting draw is easiest to move to the next morning.
