    Choose the certificate and how many (from 5). Pay once by UPI, card or net banking. Your codes appear on your order page straight away.

    You send one code per employee

    Share it on WhatsApp from the order page. Each employee applies from their own phone, with the code instead of a payment.

  3. Step 3

    A doctor reviews each one

    Every employee gets a doctor's review and their own signed certificate. You see on the order page which codes are used and which certificates are issued.

How do company codes work?
You buy a number of codes for one certificate (at least 5). Each employee opens the link you send, fills in their own application and submits it with the code instead of paying. A doctor reviews every application separately and each employee receives their own certificate.
What if an employee isn't fit, or doesn't use the code?
A code is used only when an employee submits an application with it. Unused codes stay on your order page for the next joiner. A doctor issues a certificate only when the medical facts support it; the code pays for the doctor's review, not for a guaranteed certificate.
Do we get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order has an invoice from PingMeDoc HealthTech Private Limited on its order page, with your company name and GSTIN if you give one.
Can one code be used twice?
No. Each code pays for exactly one application. Once used, it shows as used on your order page with the date.
Can you come to our premises?
Yes, for camps, pre-employment medicals with tests, food handler screening and vaccination. Tell us your headcount and city in the form below and we send a quote with a payment link.
Which payment methods do you take?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Quotes are paid through a Razorpay payment link sent to your phone and email.
