What is included in 12 weeks
- 3 doctor consults. One video consult in week 1, then chat consults around week 6 and week 12. Your doctor reviews your home readings at each one.
- 3 nutritionist sessions. A meal plan with practical advice on salt and everyday Indian food, with reviews at about week 5 and week 10.
- 2 lab collections, 10 test lines in all (listed below). Your doctor orders the tests and explains each report to you.
- Home sample collection in our Chennai service area at no extra charge, or a visit to our lab at Kandigai.
- Home reading log: record your BP at home and send readings by WhatsApp. Your doctor reviews them at each consult. You need your own validated upper-arm BP monitor.
- PingMeDoc Plus pharmacy membership for the 12 weeks: 5% off medicines, 2% cashback (up to ₹100 an order) and free delivery. Medicines themselves are paid for separately.
- Message our team on WhatsApp for appointments, reports and plan questions. WhatsApp is not for emergencies.
Medicines and a home BP monitor are not included.

How it works

Start the plan and complete a short health form (history, medicines, recent readings).

Meet your doctor by video. Your doctor reviews your readings and history and confirms the first tests.

Give samples at home or at our lab at Kandigai. Your doctor explains the results and agrees a home-reading routine with you.

Over 12 weeks, send your readings, meet your nutritionist, repeat the key tests around day 80, and message us whenever you have a question.

- Trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, confusion or a seizure: go to the nearest emergency department or call 108.
- BP above 180/120 with headache, blurred vision, chest pain or breathlessness.
- Sudden weakness of the face, arm or leg, or difficulty speaking.
- BP above 140/90 during pregnancy.
- Repeated dizziness or fainting, or a BP that is very low with symptoms.
- Swollen legs, a sudden drop in urine, or blood in urine.

What we do not promise
- We do not promise that your blood pressure will reach a particular number, or that you can stop your medicines. Results differ from person to person.
- We do not promise that high blood pressure will go away. The plan supports your treatment and does not replace it.
- Your doctor alone decides about medicines. Please do not stop or change a BP medicine on your own.
- The first consult is by video, and your doctor may ask you to come in person for an examination or an ECG. ECG, scans and echo are not part of this plan.
- The plan does not include medicines, a BP monitor or emergency care.
- We do not promise report times.

One payment covers 12 weeks. It does not renew on its own. We remind you 7 days before it ends and renew only if you say yes. Full refund within 7 days if you have not used any part of the plan; a fair pro-rata refund after that.
