What is included in 12 weeks
- 3 doctor consults. One video consult in week 1, then two chat consults, around week 6 and week 12. Each chat consult is a scheduled review of your readings and reports.
- 3 nutritionist sessions. An Indian meal plan in session 1, then reviews at about week 5 and week 10.
- 3 lab collections, 11 test lines in all (listed below). Your doctor orders the tests and explains each report to you.
- Home sample collection in our Chennai service area at no extra charge, or a visit to our lab at Kandigai.
- PingMeDoc Plus pharmacy membership for the 12 weeks: 5% off medicines, 2% cashback (up to ₹100 an order) and free delivery. Medicines themselves are paid for separately.
- Message our team on WhatsApp for appointments, reports and plan questions. WhatsApp is not for emergencies.

Start the plan and complete a short health form (history, current medicines, recent reports).

Meet your doctor by video. Your doctor reviews your history and confirms the tests for your first collection.

Give samples at home or at our lab at Kandigai. Your doctor goes through the results with you and sets your targets.

Over 12 weeks, check in by chat, meet your nutritionist, repeat the tests around day 45 and day 80, and message us on WhatsApp whenever you have a question.

- Trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, confusion or a seizure: go to the nearest emergency department or call 108.
- Low sugar with sweating, shaking or confusion that does not improve after taking sugar.
- Very high readings with vomiting, deep breathing or drowsiness.
- A foot wound that is red, swollen, smells or is turning dark.
- A sudden change in vision.
- Type 1 diabetes, diabetes in pregnancy, or insulin that needs frequent adjustment. These need in-person specialist care; talk to us first and we will advise.

What we do not promise
- We do not promise that your HbA1c or sugar readings will reach any number. Results differ from person to person.
- We do not promise that diabetes will go away, and the plan does not replace your medicines. Any change to medicines is your doctor's decision.
- We do not promise that your medicines will be reduced.
- The first consult is by video. Medicines are prescribed as the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines allow, and your doctor may ask you to come in person.
- The plan does not include medicines, glucose meters or strips, eye or foot examinations, or emergency care.
- We do not promise report times. Your care team tells you when reports are expected.
Diabetes care plan: ₹4,499 for 12 weeks
One payment covers 12 weeks. It does not renew on its own. We remind you 7 days before it ends and renew only if you say yes. Full refund within 7 days if you have not used any part of the plan; a fair pro-rata refund after that.
