Care plan terms

These terms apply to every 12-week care plan sold by PingMeDoc™: diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure and PCOS.

  1. What you are buying. A 12-week plan for one person, covering the consults, sessions and tests listed on the plan page. The plan starts on the day you pay.
  2. Price. The price shown is the total. It includes applicable taxes and home sample collection. No fee is added at checkout.
  3. No automatic renewal. The plan ends after 12 weeks. We send a renewal reminder by WhatsApp 7 days before it ends, with the renewal price. We renew the plan only if you confirm. We never charge a saved payment method without a fresh confirmation from you.
  4. Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. A cancelled plan stops from the date of cancellation.
  5. Refund within 7 days. If you cancel within 7 days of paying and have not used any consult, nutritionist session or test, we refund the full price.
  6. Refund after 7 days (pro-rata). If you cancel later, or have used part of the plan, we refund the price you paid minus the list price of everything you have used (consults held, sessions attended, tests collected), rounded to the nearest rupee. The refund is never less than zero.
  7. Not refundable once used. A consult that took place, a nutritionist session that took place, a sample that has been collected (whether or not the report is ready), a medicine you bought, and any item booked for you from a partner. A missed appointment without 12 hours' notice counts as used. We reschedule on request with 12 hours' notice.
  8. If we cannot deliver. If we cannot provide a consult, session or test we sold you (for example, no suitable doctor is available), we reschedule it or refund its list price.
  9. Refund method. To the original payment method, processed once the refund is approved; bank timelines may add to this.
  10. Medicines and devices. Not included. Pharmacy orders follow the pharmacy's own order and return terms.
  11. Not for emergencies. The plan is not an emergency service. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department or call 108.
  12. Doctor's judgement. Doctors decide what to prescribe and which tests to order. They may ask you to visit a clinic or hospital. Prescriptions follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
  13. Your records. Your reports and consult notes are visible only to you and the care team, and are handled under our privacy policy. Separate consent is requested before any marketing message. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  14. Changes. If we change a plan's contents or price, the change applies to new purchases and to renewals only after we tell you.
