About the Pre-Employment Health Checkup
This pack covers seven core tests: complete blood count, fasting blood sugar, urine routine, serum creatinine, SGPT (ALT), blood group with Rh, and ESR. It gives the candidate and the employer a recent record of a few basic values. It is not a test that a person passes or fails, and it does not include an ECG, chest X-ray, or vision and hearing tests. Requirements differ by company, so check the joining letter before booking.

Requirements differ by company, and the joining letter or HR email is the authority. Most employers ask for some combination of the following.
- A blood and urine report from a recognised laboratory, with the date of collection and your name and age on it.
- A standard medical form from the company, filled and signed by a registered doctor. Many companies send their own format.
- Blood group, blood sugar, kidney function and liver enzyme values.
- For some roles, an ECG, a chest X-ray, an eye test or a hearing test. These are outside this pack. If your employer asks for them, we can tell you which parts of your list this pack covers.
A lab report is not a fitness decision. Reports are commonly accepted for a period set by the employer, so check the validity your employer expects before you book.

If your employer needs a doctor’s signed fitness statement, it is a separate add-on, priced separately. A doctor reviews your reports first and decides what can be stated. Ask us on WhatsApp.
