Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) 500 mcg
Vitamin B12 deficiency, peripheral neuropathy/neuropathic symptoms (numbness, tingling), adjunct in diabetic neuropathy, megaloblastic anemia due to B12 deficiency
Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12. It supports myelin sheath formation and nerve regeneration and is required for DNA synthesis and red blood cell formation, helping correct B12 deficiency and related nerve symptoms.
Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by physician, usually once daily; may be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water and continue for the duration prescribed.

Use with caution in patients with known hypersensitivity to vitamin B12/cobalt. In suspected folate deficiency, treat appropriately as folate can mask B12 deficiency and delay diagnosis of neuropathy. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice. Patients with Leber’s disease may experience worsening of vision with vitamin B12 therapy.
