Zulu At 4 Tablet contains Aceclofenac (100mg) + Thiocolchicoside (4mg). It belongs to the Calcium channel blocker (dihydropyridine) + Beta-blocker (cardioselective) class of medicines.

How Zulu At 4 Tablet works

How to take Zulu At 4 Tablet

Take orally as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not stop suddenly without medical advice.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Zulu AT 4 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine can cause stomach bleeding, kidney failure, drowsiness and fits. It can cause deep drowsiness, muscle weakness, a fall in blood pressure and slowed breathing. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with an active stomach ulcer, severe kidney or heart failure, or asthma triggered by aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers. Not in the third trimester of pregnancy. Not for people with myasthenia gravis or severe liver disease.

Interactions with other medicines

Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension), verapamil/diltiazem (risk of bradycardia/heart block), digoxin (bradycardia), clonidine (rebound hypertension if stopped improperly), NSAIDs (may reduce BP control), insulin/oral antidiabetics (masked hypoglycemia), CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers affecting amlodipine levels (e.g., clarithromycin, azole antifungals, rifampicin), sildenafil/tadalafil (increased hypotension)
