Monograph
Cream
Moisturising cream for acne-prone or oily skin; helps relieve dryness/irritation due to anti-acne treatments (e.g., retinoids, benzoyl peroxide) and supports skin barrier repair.
It works mainly as an emollient and humectant moisturiser. Ingredients like squalene and paraffin form a protective barrier to reduce transepidermal water loss, while aloe vera and vitamin E provide soothing and antioxidant support.
For external use only. Apply a thin layer over clean, dry face/affected area 1–2 times daily or as advised by a doctor. Can be used after anti-acne medications; avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.
Mild burning or stinging, redness, itching, dryness, skin irritation, rash, acne flare (rare), allergic reaction (rare)
For external use only. Discontinue and consult a doctor if severe irritation, swelling or allergy occurs. Avoid use on infected/open wounds unless advised. If you have very sensitive skin or a history of contact dermatitis, patch test before regular use.
No significant drug interactions expected as this is a topical moisturiser; if used with topical acne actives (retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid), apply moisturiser after the active or as directed to reduce irritation.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed and protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
