Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Thiocolchicoside is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that helps reduce muscle spasm and improves mobility.

Prolonged use increases risk of GI bleeding, kidney injury and cardiovascular events; seek medical help for black stools, blood vomiting, severe stomach pain, swelling, breathlessness or rash.
Do not take Hifenac Th if
Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with an active stomach ulcer, severe kidney or heart failure, or asthma triggered by aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers. Not in the third trimester of pregnancy. Not for people with myasthenia gravis or severe liver disease.
