Aceclofenac 100 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg (tablet)
Relief of acute musculoskeletal pain and inflammation associated with muscle spasm (e.g., low back pain, sprain/strain, cervical spondylosis, sciatica).
Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Thiocolchicoside is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that helps reduce muscle spasm and improves mobility.
Take orally as advised by the doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Hifenac Th Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Not recommended in pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester). Use with caution in breastfeeding. Avoid in patients with history of NSAID allergy/asthma, active or recurrent peptic ulcer/bleeding, severe heart failure, severe liver or kidney disease. May cause dizziness/drowsiness—avoid driving if affected. Prolonged use increases risk of GI bleeding, kidney injury and cardiovascular events; seek medical help for black stools, blood vomiting, severe stomach pain, swelling, breathlessness or rash.
