Thiocolchicoside can cause drowsiness/dizziness; avoid driving if affected. Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid in breastfeeding unless advised. Use caution in patients with seizure disorders; thiocolchicoside has been associated with risk of seizures. Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs unless advised.
