How does the monthly refill subscription work?
Pick the medicines you take regularly and how often you need them. About 3 days before each refill date we message you on WhatsApp and email with a button that opens your basket, ready to review. You confirm and pay at checkout. Every refill gets 10% off and free delivery.
Will you charge me or ship without asking?
No. Nothing is ordered or charged automatically. The reminder only opens your basket. You check the items and prices, and you decide whether to place the order.
Who is it for?
Anyone who takes medicines every month, such as for diabetes, high blood pressure or thyroid conditions. It also suits parents ordering for family members.
How do the free glucose strips work?
If you tell us you have diabetes when you subscribe, one pack of glucose test strips is added free to your first paid refill each calendar month, while stock lasts. It is added at checkout and shows as a free item on your bill.
Can I change the reminder time, pause or cancel?
Yes. You can choose to be reminded 1 to 7 days before each refill, change how often you refill, pause, resume or cancel from My refills at any time.
What about medicines that need a prescription?
A pharmacist checks the prescription before packing, every time. You can upload it at checkout, or ask our doctor to review your case. If your prescription changes, update it before you confirm the refill.
What if I am allergic to something?
Your recorded drug allergies are checked every time a refill is ordered, including the free glucose strips. If anything conflicts you are asked to review it before the order goes through.
