Vicks Baby Rub works mainly through its emollient base that moisturizes skin and massage action that can provide comfort. The mild aromatic ingredients release a soothing fragrance that may help relaxation and ease of breathing perception, without acting as a decongestant medicine.

For external use only. Apply a small amount on chest, back and/or neck and gently massage, typically at bedtime or as needed. Avoid applying on/near nostrils, face, eyes, mouth, broken/irritated skin, or under tight bandages/heat.
