How it works

  • Masked results

    You get the certificate type, issue date, leave dates where recorded, and the person's first name with the last initial. No diagnosis, no contact details.

  • The QR code on every check

    Certificate numbers follow a pattern, so each item needs the verification code from the certificate's QR link. A number on its own tells you nothing.

  • Bulk and logged

    Up to 100 certificates per request. Every check is logged against your organisation and counted against a monthly allowance.

Try it

Authenticate with your organisation's key. A test key (pmdemp_test_…) answers TEST-FOUND and TEST-REVOKED with fixed samples (any other number is not_found) and never touches a real record.

What do the statuses mean?
found: the certificate is genuine and in force. revoked: it was genuine but has been withdrawn. not_found: we cannot confirm it. Either no such certificate exists, or the verification code does not belong to that number; the answer is the same either way, so a number cannot be checked without the certificate in hand.
Where does the verification code come from?
From the QR code and link printed on every certificate. The code is the last part of the link, after /verify/. Your employee can share the certificate with you; the QR is enough.
How is it priced?
An annual fee with a monthly allowance of checks. Contact us for a quote. Test keys are free and return fixed sample answers.
Is there a human way to check one certificate?
Yes. Anyone can scan the QR code or open pingmedoc.com/verify for a single certificate. See how verification works.
