• •In Hypertension (high blood pressure) Angibloc H 50mg/12.5mg Tablet ER works by blocking the effects of some chemicals on your heart and blood vessels. It slows down your heart rate and helps the heart beat with less force. Additionally
• •it eliminates excess water from the body and increases urine output. This lowers your blood pressure and helps in reducing your risk of having a stroke

• •or kidney problems in the future. This medicine needs to be taken regularly to be effective

How it works

Angibloc H 50mg/12.5mg Tablet ER is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Metoprolol Succinate and Hydrochlorothiazide. Metoprolol Succinate is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which lowers blood pressure by removing extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Angibloc H 50mg/12.5mg Tablet ER may be taken with or without food.
