Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as co-factors in metabolic reactions and help maintain normal body functions. Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals, supporting cellular protection and recovery during nutritional stress.

Capsule for oral use. Usually 1 capsule once daily after food (or as directed by physician). Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, hypervitaminosis (A/D), high calcium levels, hemochromatosis/iron overload (if formulation contains iron), and in patients on anticoagulants. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other supplements/medicines, consult a doctor to avoid duplication/overdose. Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

Warfarin/other anticoagulants (vitamin E/K effects depending on formulation), antiepileptics (phenytoin/carbamazepine can reduce vitamin D/folate), levothyroxine (minerals can reduce absorption), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (minerals reduce absorption), bisphosphonates (reduced absorption with minerals), antacids/calcium/iron supplements (duplication)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
