Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies in women, nutritional supplementation during poor diet, weakness/fatigue related to deficiencies, support for immunity, skin/hair/nails and overall wellbeing.

Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as cofactors in energy metabolism, blood formation and tissue repair. Antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress and support immune function, improving overall nutritional status.

Capsule for oral use. Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by a physician, preferably after food. Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, headache, dark-colored urine (riboflavin), allergic rash (rare)

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, hypercalcemia, hemochromatosis/iron overload, or history of kidney stones. If pregnant/breastfeeding or taking other supplements, consult a doctor to avoid excess intake (especially vitamin A, D, iron). Stop and seek medical help if signs of allergy occur.

Antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones) – reduced absorption, Levothyroxine – reduced absorption, Bisphosphonates – reduced absorption, Antacids containing aluminium/magnesium – may affect absorption, Warfarin/other anticoagulants – possible interaction if vitamin K present, Other vitamin/mineral supplements – risk of overdose
