Uses of Revas 50MG

Hypertension (high blood pressure)

• •In Hypertension (high blood pressure) Revas R 2.5mg/50mg Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. This lowers your blood pressure and reduces your risk of having a stroke

• •or kidney problems in the future. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine
• •but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective

How it works

Ramipril and losartan, which lower blood pressure effectively. Ramipril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor and losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Revas R 2.5mg/50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
