  • 10–12 hours without food before the draw. Water is fine.
  • You should fast for about 10 hours before this test; plain water is allowed. Take your usual medicines unless your doctor has told you otherwise, and mention any medicines or supplements you are taking to the lab staff before the sample is drawn.

How is the doctor consultation arranged?
Once your report is in your PingMeDoc dashboard we message you to pick a time. A PingMeDoc doctor goes through the report with you on a video or phone call, explains what each result means for you and what, if anything, to do next, then calls back later to see how the plan is going. It is included in the price and complements, not replaces, care from your own specialist.
Is there a charge for home collection?
The home visit by Thyrocare's phlebotomist is included. Any collection charge for your address is shown at checkout before payment, never after. You choose the date and slot before you pay.
When will I get my report?
Reports for this test are usually ready in 2–3 days after collection, from the laboratory's published turnaround. We message you the moment it is in your dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my collection slot?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call the number on this page, ideally the day before, and we move the visit to a slot that suits you. A fasting draw is easiest to move to the next morning.
