How to take Evict Fibre Granules

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Empty the granules in a glass of water/milk, stir it and consume immediately. Evict Fibre Granules should be taken with or after food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Evict Fibre Granules, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine can cause severe loose motions, dehydration and salt imbalance. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Evict Fibre Granules is prescribed for short-term relief from constipation. It should preferably be taken at bedtime as it requires 6 to 8 hours to show effect. Take it at least 2 hours after taking other medicines, as it may interfere with the absorption of other medicines. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach disorders such as appendicitis or a blockage in your bowel. Do not take any other laxative along with Evict Fibre Granules without consulting your doctor. Some healthy tips to prevent constipation from happening: Eat more fiber in your diet. Recommended daily intake is 20-35g. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Exercise regularly at least 3 times per week. Do not hold in stool as that can worsen bowel issues.
