How Moov Ointment works

Moov Ointment acts as a topical counter-irritant. Ingredients like methyl salicylate and menthol create a warming/cooling sensation and increase local blood flow, which helps reduce the perception of pain and stiffness at the applied area.

How to take Moov Ointment

For external use only. Apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage until absorbed, 2-3 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Wash hands after use; avoid applying on broken/irritated skin and avoid tight bandaging or heating pads over the area.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of Moov as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine is unlikely from skin use, but swallowing these preparations can be serious, particularly in children. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
