Pain and inflammation in conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute musculoskeletal pain; used when gastric protection is needed with NSAID therapy.
Diclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting COX enzymes and lowering prostaglandin production. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that decreases stomach acid by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase pump, helping prevent NSAID-associated gastric irritation/ulcers.
