Xyzal Nasal Spray is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies.

Shake well before use, gently blow your nose, tilt your head forward, insert nozzle into nostril, press down on the pump, breathe in gently, repeat in other nostril

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Do not use a medicated nasal decongestant for more than the few days stated on the pack. Longer use causes rebound congestion that is worse than the original block. Saline drops and sprays have no such limit and are safe for repeated use. Use your own bottle only — sharing spreads infection.

Decongestants can raise blood pressure; tell your doctor if you are hypertensive.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep out of the reach of children.
