Allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial) with symptoms like sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy/watery eyes; adjunct relief in allergy-associated cough/wheezing as advised by doctor.

Levocetirizine is an H1 antihistamine that blocks histamine to reduce sneezing, itching and watery eyes. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks inflammatory leukotrienes, reducing nasal congestion and allergy-related inflammation.

Tablet; take as prescribed, usually once daily in the evening, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose; if a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless it is near the next dose.

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/operating machinery until you know the effect. Use with caution in liver disease. Montelukast has been associated with mood/behaviour changes (agitation, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, suicidal thoughts); stop and seek medical help if such symptoms occur. Not for acute asthma attack relief. Consult doctor for children, elderly, pregnancy/breastfeeding, or if symptoms persist.

Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased drowsiness), sedating antihistamines, opioids/benzodiazepines; rifampicin, phenytoin, phenobarbital (may reduce montelukast levels); caution with other antihistamines or antiallergics due to additive effects.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
