Relief of musculoskeletal pain and inflammation such as acute back pain, neck pain, sprains/strains, and other painful muscle spasms.

Typically, MR (muscle relaxant) pain tablets combine an analgesic/anti-inflammatory drug that reduces prostaglandin-mediated pain and swelling with a muscle relaxant that decreases muscle spasm, improving mobility and comfort. The exact mechanism depends on the specific active ingredients in the tablet.

Take as directed by a doctor. Usually taken orally with water after food to reduce stomach upset; swallow whole and do not crush/chew. Avoid driving or operating machinery if it causes drowsiness.

Use with caution in patients with history of stomach/duodenal ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, asthma, or bleeding disorders. May cause dizziness/drowsiness—avoid driving/alcohol. Do not use longer than prescribed; risk of stomach bleeding with painkillers. Seek medical help if black stools, severe abdominal pain, rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occur.

Alcohol, other NSAIDs/painkillers, anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), corticosteroids, SSRIs/SNRIs, antihypertensives (ACE inhibitors/ARBs/diuretics), methotrexate, lithium, sedatives/CNS depressants

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
