Cleansing bar/medicated soap typically used as an adjuvant in acne-prone and oily skin to help reduce pimples and skin oiliness.

Acne cleansing soaps help by removing excess sebum, dirt and sweat from the skin surface and keeping pores clean. Depending on the formulation (if medicated), they may also reduce acne-causing bacteria and mild inflammation.

For external use only. Wet skin, apply soap to lather gently over affected areas, leave for 20–30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times daily or as advised by a doctor; reduce frequency if excessive dryness occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Dryness, skin irritation, redness, burning or stinging, peeling, itching

Avoid use on broken/eczema-inflamed skin unless advised. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling or rash occurs. Avoid eye contact; rinse with plenty of water if contact occurs. If using other acne medicines (benzoyl peroxide/retinoids), dryness and irritation may increase; use moisturiser and spacing as advised.

Topical anti-acne agents such as benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin/adapalene, salicylic acid, sulfur/resorcinol; may increase dryness/irritation when used together.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the soap in a dry soap dish between uses. Keep out of reach of children.
