Injection: to be administered only by a qualified healthcare professional. Dose and duration depend on the condition being treated, patient age/weight, kidney function, and clinical response. Do not self-inject.

Use only under medical supervision. Before use, inform the doctor about allergy to any medicines (especially antibiotics), kidney/liver disease, pregnancy/breastfeeding, and all current medicines. Monitor for signs of allergic reaction (rash, itching, swelling, breathing difficulty) and seek urgent care if they occur.
