Treatment of Abdominal pain

Aquadol Spas 20mg/50mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and diclofenac, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, and discomfort. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).

Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Use with caution in patients with glaucoma, prostate enlargement, or myasthenia gravis. Not recommended for use in children.

May interact with other anticholinergic drugs, muscle relaxants, and antihypertensive medications.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
