Relief of nasal allergy symptoms such as blocked nose (nasal congestion), runny nose, sneezing and itching associated with allergic rhinitis (exact indication depends on ingredients).

Nasal sprays for allergic rhinitis typically work by reducing inflammation and swelling of the nasal lining and/or blocking histamine-mediated allergy symptoms. This helps open up the nasal passages and reduces sneezing, itching and runny nose. Exact mechanism depends on the active ingredients (not provided).

For intranasal use only. Shake (if instructed on label), gently blow nose, keep head upright, insert nozzle into nostril, spray as directed and breathe in gently; repeat for other nostril. Use regularly if prescribed for allergy control; do not exceed the labeled daily dose. Clean nozzle after use and replace cap.

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Avoid spraying into eyes; rinse with water if contact occurs. If you have frequent nosebleeds, nasal ulcers/surgery, glaucoma/cataract, severe infection (including TB), or are using other decongestant/steroid nasal products, consult a doctor before use. Prolonged use of some nasal sprays (especially decongestants) may cause rebound congestion; use only for the recommended duration. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

Potential interactions depend on ingredients. If it contains a corticosteroid: caution with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, cobicistat, ketoconazole). If it contains an antihistamine (e.g., azelastine): additive drowsiness with alcohol/sedatives. If it contains a decongestant (e.g., xylometazoline/oxymetazoline): avoid with MAO inhibitors and other sympathomimetics.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from direct heat and sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
