Ark SP Tablet is a prescription medicine containing Aceclofenac (100mg) + Paracetamol (325mg) + Serratiopeptidase (15mg). Ark SP Tablet is used for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like headache, mild migraine, musculoskeletal pain or painful menses. It belongs to the group of medicines called Herbal supplement.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Ark SP Tablet are nausea, headache, gastrointestinal upset and dizziness. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Ark SP Tablet works.

Ark SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, nursing, or on medication. Not recommended for individuals with allergies to any of the ingredients.
Take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is almost due, skip the one you missed — never take two doses together to catch up.
An overdose of this medicine can cause stomach bleeding, kidney failure, drowsiness and fits. It can cause severe and sometimes fatal liver damage, often with no symptoms at all for the first day. It can seriously suppress the bone marrow and damage the liver. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
