Auranil 10 mg Tablet

Auranil 10 mg Tablet contains Flunarizine (10mg) and is used for migraine. Prescription required.

Migraine

Migraine headaches are thought to result from the dilation of blood vessels in the head. Auranil 10mg Tablet works by preventing loss of tone and dilation of blood vessels, thus preventing the migraine headache.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Auranil 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Do not stop this medicine suddenly without asking your doctor. This medicine causes drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you. Report any change in mood, sleep or behaviour.

Alcohol and other sedating medicines add to the drowsiness.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
