Bolstran 150mg Injection is a monoclonal antibody that works by targeting and blocking immunoglobulin E (IgE), a key antibody involved in allergic reactions. In asthma, IgE triggers inflammation in the airways when exposed to allergens. Bolstran 150mg Injection binding to IgE and preventing it from attaching to immune cells, reduces allergic inflammation and helps prevent asthma attacks.

Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Seek emergency care for sudden severe breathlessness or an inability to speak a full sentence. Use this exactly as prescribed and keep your review appointments.

Tell your doctor about every other respiratory medicine you use.
