Nutritional supplement for prevention and treatment of vitamin/mineral deficiencies; supports brain development and cognitive function (DHA); supports immunity and general growth in children/adolescents; adjunct in poor appetite, weakness, convalescence and inadequate dietary intake.

This syrup provides essential vitamins and minerals needed for energy metabolism and nervous system function (B-complex), antioxidant and immune support (vitamin C, zinc), and bone health (vitamin D3). DHA supports brain and eye development and helps neuronal membrane function. L-lysine supports growth, tissue repair and protein synthesis.

Oral syrup. Shake well before use and measure with a calibrated cup/spoon. Take preferably after food to reduce stomach upset, or as directed by the physician; dosage depends on age and nutritional requirement.

Nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, vomiting, metallic taste, headache, fishy burps/aftertaste, rash (rare)

Use as advised in children, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed recommended dose; excessive vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia symptoms (nausea, vomiting, weakness, increased urination). Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, or fish/seafood allergy (due to DHA). Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

Vitamin D3 may interact with thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcemia), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with high calcium/vitamin D), anticonvulsants (reduced vitamin D levels), corticosteroids (reduced vitamin D effect), cholestyramine/orlistat (reduced absorption). Zinc can reduce absorption of tetracyclines/fluoroquinolones and penicillamine (separate by 2–4 hours).

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
