Budecort 0.5 mg Respules 2ml may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br/>Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Budecort 0.5 mg Respules 2ml is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Budecort 0.5 mg Respules 2ml is used in the treatment of asthma.
Budecort 0.5 mg Respules 2ml is a steroid. It prevents the cells in the lungs and breathing passages from releasing chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways. This widens the airways and makes breathing easier.
Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Twist off the top of the respule/transpule and squeeze all the liquid into the nebulizer. It should be used right away after opening.
Hoarseness of voice Sore throat Oral infections
Use with caution in patients with active or untreated infections, diabetes, or liver disease. Not for acute asthma attacks.
May interact with other corticosteroids, antifungal medications, and certain antiviral drugs.
Store at room temperature (15-25°C), protect from light and moisture.
