Prevention of cardiovascular events (such as heart attack and stroke) in high-risk patients; secondary prevention after myocardial infarction/angina, post-stent/CABG, and in peripheral arterial disease (typically with antiplatelet/heart-protective combinations).

Avoid use in aspirin allergy/asthma sensitive to NSAIDs (if aspirin-containing).

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep in original blister/strip and out of reach of children.
