Caverta 100 Tablet contains Sildenafil citrate 100 mg (equivalent to sildenafil 100 mg) and is used for erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Prescription required.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men
Sildenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor that increases cGMP in penile tissue, improving blood flow during sexual stimulation. It helps achieve and maintain an erection but does not work without sexual arousal.
Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity as prescribed; do not take more than once in 24 hours. Can be taken with or without food, but high-fat meals may delay onset.

Do not use with nitrates (nitroglycerin/isosorbide) or riociguat due to dangerous blood pressure drop. Use caution in heart disease, low BP, stroke/MI history, severe liver/kidney disease, and anatomical penile deformity. Seek urgent care for chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or erection lasting >4 hours (priapism).
Nitrates, riociguat, alpha-blockers (additive hypotension), antihypertensives, strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin), CYP3A4 inducers (rifampicin), grapefruit juice
