Cefduke O Tablet

Cefduke O Tablet contains Ofloxacin (200mg) + Cefpodoxime (200mg) and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.

This medicine is used in the treatment of bacterial infection, urinary infection, chest infection, gut infection, ear and throat infection and typhoid.

This medicine combines 2 active ingredients: Ofloxacin and Cefpodoxime. Ofloxacin kills the bacteria causing your infection by blocking the enzymes they use to copy their DNA. Cefpodoxime kills the bacteria causing your infection by destroying the cell wall that holds them together.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it unless your doctor has told you to. Take it with or without food, but not with milk or antacids. Taking it at about the same time each day helps you remember. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Stop and contact your doctor at once if you develop pain, swelling or tenderness in a tendon — the Achilles tendon at the back of the ankle in particular.
