Topical relief in minor muscular aches and pains, sprains/strains, bruises, minor sports injuries, local swelling and stiffness

Arnica contains plant constituents (such as sesquiterpene lactones and flavonoids) that may reduce local inflammation and improve microcirculation when applied on intact skin. This can help decrease pain, tenderness and swelling associated with minor trauma.

For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently massage 2-3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Use on intact skin; avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. Wash hands after application.

Skin irritation, redness, itching, burning sensation, rash, allergic contact dermatitis

Do not apply on broken/abraded skin, open wounds, or near eyes/mucosa. Discontinue if irritation or allergy occurs. If pain/swelling persists or worsens, consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for ingestion.

No clinically significant drug interactions are expected with topical use on intact skin; avoid combining with other topical irritants on the same area to reduce irritation risk.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed. Do not freeze.
