Used for treatment of skin infections and inflammatory skin conditions where a doctor suspects mixed infection (bacterial and/or fungal) with itching/redness, such as infected dermatitis, eczema, and intertrigo.

This is a topical combination cream that typically contains an antifungal and an antibacterial to kill infection-causing germs on the skin, along with an anti-inflammatory agent to reduce redness, swelling and itching. It helps control infection and provides symptomatic relief.

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer as advised by the doctor (usually 1–2 times daily). Wash hands before and after application. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and broken skin unless prescribed; do not cover with tight bandages unless advised.

Burning, stinging, irritation, itching, redness, dryness, peeling, rash

Use only on the affected area and for the duration prescribed. Prolonged or excessive use of steroid-containing combination creams can cause skin thinning, stretch marks, acne-like eruptions, increased hair growth, or worsening/masking of infections. Avoid use on face, groin, or underarms unless specifically advised. Stop and consult a doctor if severe irritation, allergy, worsening infection, or no improvement occurs. Use with caution in children; avoid use under diapers/occlusion unless prescribed.

Other topical medicines on the same area (may increase irritation); occlusive dressings (can increase absorption and side effects). Significant systemic interactions are unlikely with correct topical use.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from heat and direct light. Keep tube tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
